In 2010, the Hugo Reitzel brand created an innovative range of mustards with evocative names that are guaranteed to stimulate your senses. You’re sure to find something to your liking!
The sweet flavour of quinces and the creaminess of honey inspired our mildest mustard, ‘La Douce’, which is irresistible with terrines and cheeses.
‘La Généreuse’, a semi-strong mustard with a sprinkling of herbs is surprisingly delightful with fish and white meat.
‘La Subtile’, a semi-strong mustard with wild garlic, will give your dishes a fresh, refined springtime taste.
‘L’Authentique’, with its crunchy seeds, will remind the more nostalgic of yesteryear’s mustards. This one goes perfectly with game and is also splendid in salad dressings.
‘La Vigoureuse’ is a blend of Dijon mustard and white wine that will give your meats and marinades a lot of pep.
