In 1985, Zey-Tur-San produced the first pasteurised condiment in Turkey in the famous village of Gedelek, in the Bursa region. In 1990, Zey-Tur-San, with its well-known brand Berrak, teamed up with Reitzel. Today, Berrak produces 8,000 metric tons of brine-pickled products, vinegar-pickled products and condiments for the national and international markets.

A word from the factory director:

“In our brand-new factory, when construction is finished in April 2012, we will produce Berrak, Hugo Reitzel and private label branded products. The factory is located in the village of Gemic, in the Bursa region, right next to our plantations.

This new facility, which is more modern and 50% larger, will allow us to produce twice as much in far better conditions.
