All of our factories are certified under the BRC Food quality standard, and most are certified under the IFS Food standard.
Each factory has its own quality structure organised around a manager who ensures the sustainability and development of the quality system.
A group structure called QTEAM brings its managers together several times a year to:
Defining common rules and disseminate good production practices in the factories
Helping quality managers find solutions to complex quality problems
Using benchmarking / pooling skills and experience
Quality is an ongoing concern for the REITZEL group, which strives to live up to its clients' expectations.
This is why the group:
Works to improve food safety in its industrial processes (reducing glass breakage on its production lines, monitoring air quality and temperature in sauce-production workshops)
Invests upstream in agriculture (in India) to manage the entire chain (gherkins) from seeds to delivery of the finished product.
Uses a proactive approach to sustainable development.
