Since the 70s, the Reitzel group has been the proud owner of its own vinegar factory at its Aigle site. In line with traditional methods, wine is transformed into vinegar.
Boasting exceptional expertise and a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process, Reitzel offers an extensive range of high-quality vinegars:
- Wine vinegar (white, red, table)
- Apple cider vinegar
- Fresh herb-infused vinegar
- Balsamic vinegar.
Reitzel also sells a range of aromatic organic olive oils under its brand Jardin d’Orante in a selection of different flavours: basil, garlic and rosemary, lemon and thyme, and hot.
Under its brand Hugo Reitzel, Reitzel notably offers a wide selection of cold sauces, mayonnaises, ketchup and salad dressings, carefully curated to delight your taste buds!
Proposed in a plethora of different formats, our selection of sauces grows year on year, welcoming new recipes that respond to our customers’ needs: low-fat mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, emulsified salad dressings (cold side sauces for chilled and room-temperature foods, and dips and fondues to go with meat).
Jardin d’Orante also offers an extensive selection of oil-free salad dressings (natural, Dijon, balsamic, lemon and basil, etc.) To be enjoyed without moderation!
